Fabric Inspection Includes:
Composition & weight verification (with optional 3rd-party lab reports)
Color fastness, shrinkage, and wash test sampling
Visual check for defects: color inconsistency, weaving flaws, stains, holes
Width and roll length measurement
Defective fabrics are rejected and returned to suppliers.
Lay-up inspection to ensure no creases, misalignment, or wrong nap direction.
Strict control on mixing fabric lots to ensure color consistency.
Dedicated line inspectors monitor each production stage:
Stitch quality and density
Accuracy of panels and seam alignments
Correct placement of labels, logos, trims
