Quality Control

Quality Inspection Workflow

Every process is traceable, every batch of shipment is archived, and every product undergoes multiple checks from “eye to hand”.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC) – Fabric Inspection

  • Supplier Evaluation: Partnering with reliable, long-term fabric suppliers under strict quality agreements.

  • Fabric Inspection Includes:

    • Composition & weight verification (with optional 3rd-party lab reports)

    • Color fastness, shrinkage, and wash test sampling

    • Visual check for defects: color inconsistency, weaving flaws, stains, holes

    • Width and roll length measurement

  • Defective fabrics are rejected and returned to suppliers.

Pre-Cutting Check

  • Lay-up inspection to ensure no creases, misalignment, or wrong nap direction.

  • Strict control on mixing fabric lots to ensure color consistency.

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) – During Sewing

  • Dedicated line inspectors monitor each production stage:

    • Stitch quality and density

    • Accuracy of panels and seam alignments

    • Correct placement of labels, logos, trims

  • Any issues are flagged immediately to prevent mass defects.

Semi-Finished Product Check

  • After major sewing steps, random checks for:

    • Critical measurements

    • Panel symmetry

    • Consistency in design and details

Finishing Inspection – After Pressing & Washing

  • Post-pressing visual checks for smoothness, burn marks, or stains

  • Shrinkage and color stability tested (if garments are pre-washed)

  • Final thread trimming and presentation finishing

Final Quality Control (FQC)

  • Every piece undergoes final inspection (or AQL 2.5/4.0 sampling if specified):

    • Appearance, measurements, workmanship

    • Print/embroidery clarity

    • Correct labels, hangtags, and packaging elements

  • Light table or daylight used to spot minor flaws

Packing Quality Control

  • Verifying packing quantity, folding method, carton labeling

  • Ensuring packaging materials meet export standards

  • Matching barcodes and SKUs to order specs

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) – Before Shipment

  • Random inspection of packed goods for final confirmation

  • Photo/video documentation (video call QC available upon request)

  • Coordination with 3rd-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek) as needed
